The property has a rich history. It was built in 1892 by a local businessman, Agustín Atzerias. The source of Atzerias’s riches are shrouded in local legend, fuelled by the supernatural murals and sculptures with which he decorated the original building.
The murals are long gone, but the baroque facade is still rich in period detail. South-facing on a quiet street, the beautiful balconies and other architectural features of this listed building are bathed in natural sunlight.
Inside we transformed the apartments, which range from 45 to 100 square metres. Each features high volta catalana ceilings, abundant natural light and cutting edge smart-home technology. Every floor has a terrace and a street view balcony.
